About This Project
As of April 1, 2025, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has enacted the Tokyo Ordinance for the Prevention of Customer Harassment.
In conjunction with the enforcement of this ordinance, Tokyo is implementing the Customer Harassment Prevention Promotion Project as a measure to support prevention efforts within businesses and organizations.
The project aims to contribute to the realization of a fair and sustainable society where customers and all workers stand on equal footing and mutually respect one another.
