Regarding the Handling of Personal Information

Adecco Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the contractor for this project, will appropriately handle personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act").

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company collects personal information to the extent necessary, based on the instructions of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as "Tokyo"), which is the client of this project, in order to carry out the commissioned work. 2. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to any third party except when it is included in reports to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as part of the contracted duties based on our agreement, or in the following cases.

  • ・When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
  • ・When it is necessary to improve public health or promote the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
  • ・When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency in carrying out duties prescribed by law

3. Measures Implemented to Ensure the Secure Management of Personal Data

The Company implements security control measures from four perspectives—organizational, human, physical, and technical—in order to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and to ensure its proper management. These measures are based on the establishment of a personal information protection policy, the development of related internal rules and regulations, and an understanding of external environments.

4. Important Considerations When Providing Personal Information

Our responses to inquiries are intended solely for the individual customer who contacted us. Please refrain from reproducing or reusing any part of our reply. The Company shall not be held responsible for any issues that may arise from such reproduction or reuse.

5. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Consultants have the right to request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information held by the Company. If you wish to make such a request, please contact the office listed below.
